At P.volve, we love hearing about our clients’ progress, and seeing how they are crushing their workout game—no matter where, or how busy they are. We wanted to feature these ladies who are giving us some major inspo, so we started a #WomenWhoCrushItWednesday series here on the

Our first #WWCIW of fall (or is it technically the last one of summer?) is perfectly aligned with our Back to School, Back to You initiative and highlights college student Sofia. She stumbled upon P.volve over spring break, and shares how it helped her change her body and confidence heading into the next semester.

 “I'm 20 years old and I was ashamed of myself. I had a rupture of the Achilles tendon so that made working out pretty difficult. During spring break I found out about the P.volve program and I absolutely loved it, but I wasn’t that consistent and I kept eating chips and all… Funny thing is that, even then, I started to see results, but not the ones I truly wanted. It wasn’t until the Cheeky Challenge (and the beginning of my next semester) that I decided to quit the nut butters, the flours and all the junk food. I also started to be more consistent with the P.volve workouts, and that’s when my body truly changed. I not only went down 3 whole jean sizes, but I went from covering my body to wearing it with confidence!”

1. How did you hear about P.volve?
I found P.volve through reading the POPSUGAR article.

2. Favorite piece of equipment?
My favorite piece of equipment is the glider! I find it extremely challenging, as it usually takes a little more strength, or at least that's the way I feel it.

3. Favorite move?
My favorite moves, if I have to decide, are the butt blasters on the mat.

4. Favorite streaming video?
I have more than one favorite workout: "Butt Blaster," "Tap & Touch" and "Oh Those Abs!"

5. How do you fit P.volve into your day?
Well, my daily life is usually changing so I try to squeeze in P.volve during my free time, whenever I can get it, usually early-mid morning or at night. During really stressful days or after long periods of being in front of my computer, I find myself doing the P.volve stretches!
