Our heavy ankle band strengthens the hard-to-reach muscles in the lower body and allows for smooth transitions from move to move. As this ankle band provides more resistance than our light ankle band, we use it in exercises that require a smaller range of motion for more targeted muscle activation and an intense, focused burn on the outer thighs and glutes.
Challenging and game changer
I love this kit. I have not used all the equipment but I am very pleased with the ball and band. Very challenging. I didn’t think it would be so hard but it’s a game changer. I have been taking HIIT classes for eight years and this is a different type of workout. I was sore for two days but not a painful sore. I feel very good. I love the classes offered too.
