Pvolve stands for Personal Evolution. Each and every one of us is constantly evolving. Pvolve is a workout method that meets you where you’re at and supports you every step of the way!

What is the Pvolve Method?
The Pvolve Method is a clinically-backed fitness method that uses resistance equipment and low impact, functional movement to build strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and lean muscle mass.

What kind of workout is Pvolve?
Pvolve is a low impact fitness method that uses resistance equipment and functional 3-dimensional movement. Pvolve offers various class types such as Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training to build mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, power, and lean muscle mass. You can work out with Pvolve from home with our on-demand streaming platform, in our Live Virtual Studio, or at any of our in-person studio locations in the US and Canada.

How much does Pvolve cost per month?
Pvolve’s fitness streaming membership costs $14.99 per month. You get access to thousands of on-demand classes and our Live Virtual Studio.

How much is a Pvolve membership?
A monthly membership to Pvolve is $14.99, however, if you purchase one of our bundles, access to our streaming platform is included in your purchase price. The Signature Bundle comes with a free 1-month membership, and The Total Transformation Bundle comes with a free 12-month membership.

How is Pvolve different from Pilates?
Pvolve is unique because the method focuses on biomechanics and functional 3-dimensional movements that mimic how you move in everyday life to build strength, mobility, balance, posture, and more. Unlike Pilates that is often composed of core-focused, mat-based movements, Pvolve emphasizes standing exercises that target every muscle group through strength-based resistance training.

How many times per week should you do Pvolve?
We recommend doing Pvolve at least 2-3x/week to build consistency, understand our method, and see results.

Does Pvolve work for beginners?
Pvolve is beginner-friendly. We offer curated series, calendars, and various workout pacing options for every fitness level.

Can you build muscle with Pvolve?
In a 12-week clinical study, women following the Pvolve program experienced a significant increase in lean muscle mass and improved their lower body strength by 19%. If building muscle is your goal, we recommend doing our Progressive Weight Training class at least 2-3x/week.

Is Pvolve a good workout at home?
With over a thousand science-led workouts, series, and calendars spanning our on-demand platform, Live Virtual Studio, and 1-on-1 trainer consults, Pvolve can deliver results beyond a traditional workout from home. Yes, Pvolve has an app available for download on Apple or Android. You can also stream classes on any computer from app.pvolve.com.

Can you do Pvolve without the equipment?
While we do believe that our equipment and moves combined are what create the results that thousands of members have experienced, having limited equipment should not hinder your ability to move with us! That is why we have a 30-day risk-free home trial on equipment so you can feel how each unique piece assists in sculpting and strengthening your whole body. We have created series and workouts with no or limited equipment, but equipment is part of gaining the full body strength that we promise!
