The gliders are excellent. Only that the glove for them may slip off from time to time. My workout environment is textiles; therefore I have to use it with gloves.

I have been using these for some time prior to finding out about P.volve. I would love to use them more but my husband stole them from me! Just kidding, they are super useful for making core exercises more effective. A great investment!
Great for toning your abs, thighs and butt
So many different moves that you can do with these gliders. Best overall if you want to take something to workout while traveling. Doesn't glide as well if you're not on carpet. Highly recommend the covers if you are on hardwood or tiles.
