Precision Mat

It has changed my workout. It allows me to be much more precise with my footwork--which is crucial, since I'm new to P.volve. The instructors are incredible--very welcoming and excellent cues!

I purchased this because my home gym has a floor where it's difficult to use gliders and I had read that the gliders work well on this mat. They do. I appreciate the visual guide for the placement of my feet during the workouts, but I really thought this mat would be much more substantial for the price. I find that it moves very easily and I sometimes even trip over the corners during workouts. I had hoped it would have more of a heavy foam backing to prevent this. I'll keep it, but I don't think it is worth the steep price, sorry.

I love this mat! I’m someone who likes to make sure my positioning is correct and this is the best way to keep track. Also makes using the gliders a breeze. Highly recommend!!!

So happy with the precision mat. Not only do the markers help with alignment but it helps when using the gliders!

I had a $50 certificate I earned from the Fall Challenge, and even though a friend had raved about her Precision Mat, i hesitated getting the mat until the day before my certificate expired because I had thought it was overpriced and wasn't sure it would meet my needs. However the day before my certificate expired I woke with the thought of it. I decided to get it. I now shudder to think that I had almost not gotten it. It works beautifully over an area where I have two rugs and a manduka mat. This Precision Mat, covering an area where these three things meet allows me to glide over their intersections seamlessly. it is also wonderfully slightly cushioned. Just love it!
