Use on a flat surface. When doing standing work, please wear sneakers or non-slip socks.  

To find your default starting position on the mat, place on the floor and stand in the middle square with the 12 directly in front of the center of your body. Imagine you are the center of a clock. From there, you can follow along with the trainer’s cues.  

What it is: 

The next best thing to having a Pvolve trainer at home. Great for beginners and seasoned members alike, this mat acts as a map for your movement, defines your workout space, and creates a great surface for our Gliders to slide along—all without bunching up or wrinkling during your workout. 

Care instructions: 

To clean, use a soft cloth with warm water and either mild dish soap or vinegar.  

Do not use sharp objects near the mat.  

Do not keep near extreme heat or in direct sunlight.
