6.5 inches when deflated, 18-21 inches when inflated
Full inflation is 18-21 inches in circumference. If ball deflates over time and no longer feels firm, re-inflate with the included pump. (The needle is in the pump handle. Make sure to dip the needle in water before inserting.)
Latex and rubber
With the P.ball at your ankles and the Pvolve logo facing outward, put one foot through the loop and hook the strap around your other ankle. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and make sure the P.ball is centered between your ankles. Once the straps are in place, pull the P.ball all the way up your legs.
To take the P.ball apart, unhook the fasteners on the band, then simply slip it out of the straps.

Clear your area of sharp objects and avoid rough or abrasive surfaces that may puncture or harm your ball.
Avoid excessive sunlight.
Always check for nicks and scratches before use.
Hand-wash the ball with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaning tools that may scratch or damage the ball.
Make sure to semi-deflate your ball for air travel.
