I have had so many other ankle weights. Some are so comfortable but broke after few time of uses. Some are very durable but the materials are so stiff and cut into my ankle. Now, the search is over. I found the PERFECT ones! These ankle weights are comfortable to wear through my 30 minutes to 1 hour long workout session. They are not too heavy but the fabric is very soft and also sturdy! The color and the styles are super cute too. I would highly recommend it!
I am glad I read other reviews first because I was going to go striaght to the 3 lb ankle weights! But instead I bought the 1.5 lb and that is definitely enough for now. Just walking around the house with them I feel so heavy! I like the extra resistance when doing my leg lifts and they are nice to have on when doing pilates as well!
I normally don’t like using a lot of weight because I tend to build muscle very easily, so I rather work with my own body weight. But to target some specific areas and with some particular exercises, I was felling that with a bit of weight, I could make a difference without bulking. That’s why I chose the light ankle bands and I’m already seeing that difference!
These are so much better than the conventional ankle weights which don't conform to your ankle well, and feel awkward. Even though I am petite, I was able to adjust them tight enough and they are so comfortable when exercising. They simply conventional ankle weights away.
It can be so hard to stay fit and active. My new ankle weights make it so much easier for me. I adore them! Thank you!
