Like so many, streamer Sarah Carlson’s workout routine was thrown out of whack when gyms closed and forced to work from home due to COVID-19. Luckily, she was ready to explore something new—our low-impact workouts—from the comfort of her home.

How did you first find out about P.volve?
I discovered P.volve during COVID-19 when I found out gyms would be closing. I noticed some fit people that I follow on Instagram using P.volve and I was curious about the workouts.
What were your initial goals when first starting to do P.volve consistently?
My goal was to commit to the program and trust the process designed by the people at P.volve.
What were the unexpected results you saw or felt?
I didn’t think the low-impact workouts would be as effective as they were. I’m used to high intensity, sweaty workouts. I was shocked to see that the low impact workouts were so effective.
How did your nutrition play into your transformation experience?
I stayed consistent in my diet during my experience with P.volve.
What workouts did you find the most results with?
I loved the Total P.volve Experience workouts!
How did you factor your workouts into your daily schedule?
I usually did the workouts over my lunch break! I was working from home due to COVID-19 and it was convenient to roll out my mat, turn on the app and get the workout done. During these workouts I didn’t get very sweaty, so it was a quick efficient workout that was done easily over lunch!
