At P.volve, we love hearing about clients’ progress and seeing how they’re crushing our workouts. These ladies, near and far, are giving the P.volve community some major inspo through their incredible transformations.
So many of our members come to us praising the nature of low-impact workouts.
Much of the fitness space focuses on high-impact movements that put extra pressure on the joints, exhaust the muscles and result in more pain than results. So when our members finally begin incorporating P.volve into their routine, they find themselves looking forward to their daily workouts instead of dreading them.
That's exactly what member Ashlee C. experienced, but there’s so much more to her story. Read on to learn about her routine and the workouts that got her these incredible results.
How did it feel making the switch from a high-impact to a low-impact workout routine?
It was different at first but once I had a few days in of P.volve, I really didn’t miss it. High impact can make you dread working out. With P.volve, I never feel that way and now I work out anywhere between 5-7 days per week.
What were the initial changes you saw or felt?
My flexibility is to a whole new level. I danced as a kid and working on flexibility is something you improve on as a dancer. But being an adult, it’s not something I have managed to keep up with. Now I’m almost as flexible as I was as a kid and that’s something I saw right away.
How do these results differ from past workout methods you’ve done?
My results are different in the aspect of how much longer and leaner I feel. I have never felt so elongated especially since I have such a short torso. It’s great to see that and feel longer.
Tell us about your experience with the Summit 60 program—did you feel yourself getting stronger throughout the 60 days? What results did you see?
I definitely felt stronger as the program continued to increase in difficulty. I still go back and complete some of the workouts weekly from that program.
How do you think the Summit 60 prepared you for continuing your P.volve journey?
It provided the foundation of what P.volve is all about, which I didn’t know much about. So it educated me and toned my body all at the same time.
How did you fit P.volve into your daily routine?
I’m a morning person so I fit it in first thing in the morning. Now I work from home since the pandemic, so I’m able to fit it in when the time is convenient for me. Either first thing in the morning, during my lunch break or right after 5pm. It’s so easy to fit it in because it’s an enjoyable workout program.
What became your favorite workouts or pieces of equipment?
If I could only choose one piece of equipment, I would say my favorite is the p.ball. It’s so unique and can work my legs, abs and glutes in one move. I honestly love all the equipment so much! My go-to program is the 7-Day Cardio Burn series; I incorporate those workouts weekly.
