At P.volve, we love hearing about clients’ progress and seeing how they’re crushing our workouts. These ladies, near and far, are giving the P.volve community some major inspo through their incredible before and after transformations.
As a graduate student, our transformation of the week had tried every other workout on the map and to no avail. It was a struggle to find time to fit workouts into her busy schedule, not to mention she felt that nothing she tried ever "agreed with her body." Then came her relationship with P.volve, and she's never looked back!
How did you find out about P.volve?
I found Pvolve through Instagram! Some of the models I follow for day-to-day inspiration posted about it (Helen Owen, etc) and once I tried it I was hooked!
How do you fit P.volve into your daily life?
I fit it into my daily life by making sure to make the time in the evenings when I’m home from school/work! I wake up super early for class so I don’t have time in the mornings but it’s the best way to relax and get some “me time” in in the evenings before bed!
What is your favorite piece of equipment?
My favorite piece of equipment is either the light ankle band or the slant board! I also love the ankle weights (and all three together!)
Anything else you want to share with the P.volve community?
I found P.volve after a long history of extreme injuries, failed attempts at other workouts (CrossFit, weightlifting, hitting the gym, etc) and I haven’t found ANYTHING that agrees with my body as well. Also, as a graduate student, the online streaming gives me the convenience of at-home workouts around classes, which has been a total lifesaver because finding the motivation to go to a gym at 5am or 7pm is ridiculously hard!
We feel you, Christine. And especially in this brutally cold NYC weather we've been getting, the get-to-the-gym struggle is real. Streaming right at home means you can hit a post-class workout and get right back to your studies (or bed) with no time to waste. Keep up the amazing work!
