Effective alternative to weights

A must!

I absolutely love my heavy ankle bands! They provide such a great resistance during my workouts and really help to target and tone my lower body muscles. All the tools I need to stay motivated

This kit is fantastic. It supports the variety of workouts, which helps with motivation and interest. I do recommend investing in the precision mat as well. That creates a smother surface for the gliders than getting the glider covers for wood floors.
