I was nervous about how this would taste, but I love it (and my husband does too!)! It dissolves beautifully. I can’t speak much to its effect on muscle soreness, but I haven’t been overly sore. I appreciate the clean ingredients and the nod to women’s health. I will definitely keep using this!
So far, so good. The flavor took a bit of getting used to, but using 24 ounces of water improved the taste.
I like this product's taste and ingredients. I haven't yet been able to see how well it works over time after extreme exertion but I hope to update my review when I do. Although I really like the product I wish it would be offered in an unsweetened version as I'm trying to limit sweet products from my diet. That would probably get 5 stars from me.
