MEET CATHERINE

Catherine is a certified barre and yoga instructor with five years teaching experience. She is an avid fitness enthusiast who has studied multiple different areas of fitness including cardio, dance and HIIT. For Catherine, there’s nothing more beautiful than a room full of humans moving and breathing as one.

At home cuddling with my new puppy.

After class, I love a good green shake with nut butter.
