After being a competitive gymnast for 9 yrs growing up, triathlons & HIIT workouts my back couldn't take the pounding. I've attempted to do low impact weighted workouts but at age 58 & limited workout time available due to my job as a healthcare provider, I'm losing my toned body.
I saw an article on Google about Pvolve & it sounded exactly what I was looking for... quick, effective workouts that don't leave me sore for days or breakdown my body.
I used my HSA account to purchase the Essentials Bundle & started my new workouts with The Essentials Series online. The explanations of the equipment use & teaching methods have been easy to follow.
I have found the workouts challenging but not impossible.
I look forward to continue learning this new system to keep my body healthy & happy.
