The patented p.ball is the most unique, versatile way to define and strengthen the lower body. 

It features an inflated ball to target the inner thighs, abs, glutes and pelvic floor musclesdesigned to an exact diameter to fit between the thighs for the best results possible. The p.ball’s attached elastic band was purposefully crafted to lift the glutes, tone the inner and outer thighs and improve hip mobility. 

Use in a variety of ways, in addition to between the legs: in hand, for upper-body strengthening, and behind the back, for more core work on the mat.

Diameter: 6.5 inches when deflated, 18-21 inches when inflated

Materials: latex and rubber

Each p.ball comes with:

  • Adjustable elastic strap
  • An extender for universal fit
  • A hand pump and needle for easy inflation

Before getting started, make sure the P.volve logo is facing outward. With the p.ball at your ankles, put one foot through the loop and hook the strap around your other ankle. Stand with your feet hip width apart and make sure the p.ball is centered between your ankles. Once the straps are in place, pull the p.ball all the way up your legs. 

Movements can be done both standing or on the p.mat in a variety of exercises.

Does the p.ball fit all sizes?

The p.ball comes in the standard size and a 5.7" extension strap. We also offer additional extensions to fit a variety of body types and different sizes with extenders in 7", 8" and 9.3". 

How do I inflate the p.ball?

Make sure the p.ball is fully inflated before use. The inflation needle is stored in the handle of the pump. Open the cap at the end of the handle to get the inflation needle. Insert the inflation needle on the front of the pump by screwing it on. Dip the inflation needle in water so it does not puncture the valve.

Full inflation size is between 18–21". Use the tape measurer for accuracy. Do not over-inflate the p.ball. Bursting or damage could occur. 

Where is the inflation needle?

  • The inflation needle is stored in the handle of the pump
  • Open the cap at the end of the handle to find the inflation needle
  • Insert the inflation needle on the front of the pump by screwing it on
  • Be sure to not over-inflate the p.ball, as bursting or damage could occur

p.ball (a p.volve exclusive)

I wasn’t really sure what to think of this piece of equipment when I first got it. It comes partially blown up and includes a pump (probably because it would explode during the impact of shipping). Prior to ordering, I was using a Thera band during the workouts when this was used and once I replaced my Thera band and with the p-ball I noticed a difference. The ball isn’t weighted but the band itself is a lot less resilient and can be set to the level you’re most comfortable with with various clips. Also, squeezing the ball between your legs and not having to worry about dropping the ball will really help target those pesky inner thighs.

Womens only personal trainer loving p.ball!

This piece of equipment is amazing in helping me to teach core activation in my clients. Due to the tactile feedback of the p.ball, my clients are having great success accessing the pelvic floor and core in ways that use to take weeks or even months to achieve. I love it! It’s my new favorite piece of equipment!
