Each p.3 includes:
2 resistance bands, each with a different length (27in & 29in)
Two ankle straps
An attachable handle
An attachable 3-inch, 1.5-lb ball
Movements with the p.3 can be done both standing or on the p.mat. The weighted ball, however, is only recommended for work on the floor. When using the ball overhead, use forefinger and thumb around notch to secure your grip. When using the ball on the mat, hold on top to secure grip.
Avoid exposing the p.3 trainer to rough, sharp or abrasive objects or surfaces, or to excessive sunlight.
Hand wash the p.3 trainer with a damp soft cloth and warm soapy water. Store in a cool, dry place.
