Why PVOLVE
The first method to turn movement
longevity science into a clinically-proven
workout.
By combining strength, mobility, and stability into every workout, PVOLVE helps transform the body more effectively while building muscle, resilience and joint health so you move better, longer.
Strength is your life-force. It’s your power, your energy. It’s what lets you lift, push, pull, carry, and move through the world feeling capable.
Women’s muscle mass decreases by 3–5% per decade starting in their 30s. This can affect metabolic health, joint health, and bone density.
Mobility is your freedom. It’s your ability to move with ease and confidence, meeting life’s multidimensional demands.
Mobility training preserves the range of motion your body needs to stay strong, resilient and pain free as you age.
Stability is your connection to your center, your core, to keep you in control and moving with intention and without injury.
Training stabilizer muscles helps protect joints and prevent long-term injury.
