Clinical Results
Tested, proven, designed for the female physiology.
Only 6% of sports science clinical trials include women. We set out to change that.
Significant improvements in strength and mobility were seen in participants who followed the PVOLVE Method while no significant improvements were seen in participants who followed standard physical activity guidelines of 150 minutes per week of moderate cardio and strength training.

Lower Back Pain Study
Clinically proven to reduce lower back pain.
An estimated 619M people live with chronic lower back pain. PVOLVE’S Lower Back Support Series helped members get back to the things they love. This program significantly reduced chronic lower back pain by helping participants move with a neutral spine, engage their core, and protect their lower back.

Sculpt 9® Study
The First Amino Formula Clinically Proven Across the Female Cycle.
Hormones don’t play fair with muscle. In low-hormone phases, your body is more responsive to protein and training. In high-hormone phases, estrogen + progesterone can slow muscle potential.
Want More Toned Muscles? Start with Daily Aminos.
Protein alone isn’t enough. Your body has to break it down into amino acids first — and unless you have all 9 essential aminos in the right ratio, most of that protein goes to waste. That means bloated shakes, wasted calories, and results you don’t see.
Sculpt 9® changes that. Whether you’re in luteal, follicular, ovulatory, or menstrual — your muscle potential stays the same. The same muscle-building benefits as 20 grams of protein, fewer than 5 calories.
