HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Giveaway by: (a) following @pvolve on Instagram; (b) liking an @pvolve post about the Giveaway; and (c) tagging two people in the comments for that post (completion of which shall be considered a “Submission”). No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) Submission per person/email address/household. By fully completing the entry requirements you will be automatically entered in the Giveaway and be a “Participant.” Participants must submit their Submission as directed during the Giveaway entry process. No other methods of entry will be accepted.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway entry period begins on July 24, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 28, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is only open to current non-Pvolve Members[GB1] . The Giveaway is open only to Participants and Nominees that are legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island) and Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of Giveaway registration. Employees, officers and directors of Pvolve LLC (the "Sponsor"), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies (all together, "Giveaway Parties"), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling (and their respective spouses) & spouse, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

DETERMINING THE WINNER: The Winner will be determined via random drawing from all Submissions received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on July 31, 2023. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the randomly drawn submission will be declared the official “Winner” and receive the respective prize set forth above.

REQUIREMENTS: Participants are solely responsible for internet connectivity, software and/or hardware that may be required in order to create and/or submit any Submission. All information submitted online by Participants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s website Terms of Service accessible at: https://www.pvolve.com/pages/terms-of-service and Privacy Policy accessible at: https://www.pvolve.com/pages/privacy-policy. Participants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested to be eligible. Submissions that do not comply with the Submission Requirements, the Content Restrictions or otherwise with these Official Rules will be void, eliminated and not eligible for consideration.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND PARTICIPANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each individual Winner. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

GIVEAWAY ADMINISTRATION: Sponsor will be responsible for resolving any disputes and rules violations that arise in connection with the Giveaway. Sponsor's computer will be the official clock of the Giveaway. All decisions by Sponsor regarding the Giveaway shall be final and binding in all respects.

RELEASE: By participating in the Giveaway, you release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and Giveaway agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Giveaway or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be notified by Sponsor via Instagram DM (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential Winner: (a) does not respond to such Prize Notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance; or (b) declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be chosen in the same manner as above from among all remaining eligible Submissions.
