Step into the Light Ankle Band and secure around each ankle with the Pvolve logo upright. 

The Light Ankle Band is used in exercises while both standing and on the mat. Lift through the core and thighs to eliminate tension on the hip flexors and discover a deep burn at a high range of motion. 

What it is: 

A go-to for lower-body sculpting at a higher range of motion than our Heavy Ankle Band.
