Grateful for this foam roller, it gets deep into the tissue and helps to release the tension.

I wasn't convinced that I needed a new foam roller but I purchased this to use as a component of the Pvolve Transformation 30-Day Series. The foam roller size and weight (2 lbs I think?) are perfect for stretching and strengthening arms during standing series. It's surprisingly firm and has helped roll out some of the crunchies from my upper back. Highly recommend - if you're on the fence take the plunge!

I already had a foam roller, I used it when a foam roller was required in streaming and virtual studio classes, so I thought I didn't need a new one. Then P.volve had a sale and I was ordering other items and I thought I'd get this too. So glad I did. It's got more weight than other foam rollers, so when you use it in upper body strengthening and stretching moves it activates muscles more. Plus it has an uneven surface so it's great for really getting into the muscles as you use it.

I just finished the foam roller series in streaming which is excellent. Zach will make you sweat while using the foam roller as a weighted tool, and then Alexia will stretch and lengthen you in ways you didn't know were possible. Buy this roller, then go do the series!

Great product! It really helps roll out and relax my muscles. Very versatile piece of equipment for workouts!
