Cushion Mat

Perfect size and cushioning for my joints. I love that it came with a holder!

Even though I have a mat, I found that I was still having difficulty with certain exercises because of my joints. I decided to give this a try and I have noticed a significant improvement since I started using it. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I would recommend giving this one a try, it was definitely worth it for me.

Like many, I looked at the reviews and noticed that many were concerned that this was an extra expense since they already owned many mats. Well, the reviewers noted that this mat is thicker than most and easier to transport. I do stretches every night on my floor and I now notice that even though my old mat (a name brand) is very long, I can literally feel the hard floor through the mat.

My Pvolve mat is very comfortable and is the perfect size! It's also nice that it comes with a strap for easy transport.

This mat is far superior to any others I've used. I have one arthritic knee and this provides all the cushion I need to complete any mat exercises. Highly recommend!

Used my mat about 5 times now, what a difference!! It doesn't slide around on my hardwood floors (like my old one) and my boney knees no longer give me screams of pain!

I absolutely love it. I’ve used it to roll my back out and then all of a sudden I put my hands under the straps and it became a whole new ball game of a piece of equipment. I absolutely adore it.

I’ve got to admit I’m a sucker for a mat and told myself I wouldn’t buy another one but after reading the rave reviews I decided to go for it. The mat is the perfect size, not too big and not too small, the thickness gives great support and I love the strap. If you are on the fence I would say give it a go you won’t be disappointed.

So half I decided to buy this and add it to my workout routine!
