I started the 21 day butt lift when I was 5 or so months pregnant and continued until my last month of pregnancy. Prior to starting this workout series, I was experiencing some occasional, severe, pregnancy-related hip pain that made it extremely difficult to even walk. These workouts almost totally got rid of the pain, helped me maintain my weight as pregnancy progressed, and made me feel great! I started up again 3 months postpartum, and while getting a lifted butt was secondary to the goal of feeling better, I now have the lifted butt of my younger years back! My outer thighs and hips have also noticeably slimmed down, and not because of losing weight. I should add that I've gotten these results only doing one of the workouts a day; I don't have the time for more than that. Also helps that I can do the workouts in a small space, since my living room is now overrun with baby stuff.
