I am enjoying P.volve so much! The work outs are great and the trainers are really helpful in making sure I’m getting the correct form. I also really appreciate the stretches, either in the workout video or in a separate stretch video. I always feel so great afterward my P.volve sessions!

I've done plenty of at home, online workouts over the years & Pvolve is by far, simply the best. The platform, variety of classes, structured calendars or programs and workouts themselves are all excellent. I always enjoy the sessions & can always find something for what I need that day. I have SO many saved to my favourites, but there are always so many new classes to try. Highly recommend!

I do Pvolve workouts every day. I was encouraged by my doctors to do strength training after recovering from breast cancer. I have become so much stronger and the flexibility and strength I have gained is incredible. I gave up my gym membership. Love the challenges and the attention to correct placement with the mat. I am new to these devices but really like the classes that incorporate the P3 Trainer. I have been focused on heavy weights but feel the PVOLVE classes provide mobility, balance, and core rounding out my workout.

Awesome workout!

Doing any kind of workout is hard for me. However being a middle age woman, I needed to start exercising for balance, flexibility, and strength. I just started using the Pvolve equipment and I love it. The mat really helps me to see the placement of my feet and how wide or narrow my foot placement needed to be. The different bands really help stretch and strengthen my body.

I love how the online platform keeps track of my classes and I can see when and how many hours of exercises I’ve done already. I love how the classes always have someone I can follow to modify the movements and provide challenges if you needed (which I don’t). The amazing thing I love is the live online sessions. Just wished there were more in person studios in my neighborhood. So glad I bought all the equipment and I really hope doing the workout becomes my new routine and the equipment become dust collectors!

I've had the set for almost two weeks and am still learning about all the equipment and going through the entry level videos. Everything is so good. Really accessible. Good, short learning videos to get the stepping patterns and body awareness and to understand how and when to use the equipment in the bundle. You get so much but it's all very tidy and well made and I know it will last me for the rest of my life.

Great quality, but i'm hoping to see more workouts with the heavy body band so I can feel like I'm using what I purchased.
