These are well made, very comfortable around the ankles, and the weight is just perfect! It truly complements other exercise equipment adding the right amount of intensity and challenge to the workout. I use them for my arms as well!

These absolutely changed my work out. I thought it would be better to use heavier weights, but I realized that the 1.5 and the 3 pound weights in the classes I do are the perfect amount.

The precision mat is a wonderful piece of equipment to ensure positioning during the workouts. As someone who is always second guessing their form, I am glad to have the additional piece of mind. I also enjoy that it does not slide around on my washable rug!

As someone new to Pvolve, the bundle is perfect for me. Having done a few workouts now, I'm stunned by how effective the equipment is and how little movement is required to activate my muscles. The P Band and the Ankle Band, especially, are going to be my new best friends. The equipment is well made and sturdy. What I would really love is for Pvolve to create a duffel bag for me to keep all of my equipment in or even a bag (like a yoga mat bag) for the Precision mat.
