Great piece of equipment! Sturdy and safe and fabulous! This piece adds a whole new dimension to my workouts. I can feel the core engaging and definitely feel the legs and feet . I love the balance challenge (I didn’t expect that!)

I like the versatility of this equipment. I learned with the first class I did that I need to limit the time I spend doing exercises on my knees. But the next class was great. It was a full body sculpt and we used the equipment in several different ways.

I didn’t think it would be so challenging, that I would maybe have to double up on workouts since some videos are like 15 minutes. I was wrong! Great workout !
