    Love-Love-Love

    I have had SOOOO many different workout products in my 60+ years and this is by far the best. In a short 4 weeks I am already seeing a difference in my body (so is my husband). The equipment is very well made and so thoughtfully put together. When I opened it I thought, “I will probably never use …” how wrong I was, there is not a piece of this bundle I don’t love. Already looking to add more.

    Inspiring!

    I was doing a good strength based workout, but I needed a shot in the arm. I needed inspiration and Pvolve brings it. The instructors seem well educated in movement science, the equipment is fun and versatile, and so many classes are available! The calendars help me to know just what workout I'm doing next, especially when I come home from work and just want to plug and play. And I am feeling strong and fit. Using my HSA to pay for the gear is a wonderful bonus!

    These are great!

    Typically, a resistance band has you holding on for dear life wrapping it around your hand White knuckling it to hold your grip. With the gloves, these fit easily on the hand to make the work so much easier and more effective. It would be great if you could pick resistance band strength or somehow interchange, however, I believe that might be more of an engineering problem than we can solve. Love. If you’re looking to tone up your upper body, this is the way to do it without gripping so hard that you’re using your neck to hold onto the straps.
