    I needed this to add to my collection!

    When I first started, I bought the signature bundle and the light ankle weights, P3 trainer and slant board. I felt that I had everything! But one of the first videos used the light ankle band, so I used a resistance band I had but I didn’t hold in place like the ankle band did. It moved around and didn’t support. So I ordered the light ankle band and wow what a difference. It stays in place, supports the moves and has a lot of resistance.

    High quality equipment that finally feels like it was made for my body

    This is the first, best, and last set of equipment I'll ever buy. I've had equipment in the past that never seemed to fit right, or felt like it was working against me. The total transformation equipment looks and feels like it's made to last. I'm a petite person and this equipment fits my body better than anything else I've used. I think a lot of equipment marketed to women is just the male version dressed in pink...these products actually feel and work like they were made for, made by, and quality tested by women. All of the equipment in the total transformation bundle really work with my body to support the moves that I'm doing with them, if that makes sense...the equipment works with me, not against me. Can't recommend it enough. I've been doing PVOLVE for two years without the equipment, but I get so much more out of the PVOLVE workouts with the equipment.

    I love the mat, gave it 4 stars because if there was a hi t of non skid on the bottom it would be perfect. Using the mat keeps you honest on those internal moves.

    Inspiring!

    I was doing a good strength based workout, but I needed a shot in the arm. I needed inspiration and Pvolve brings it. The instructors seem well educated in movement science, the equipment is fun and versatile, and so many classes are available! The calendars help me to know just what workout I'm doing next, especially when I come home from work and just want to plug and play. And I am feeling strong and fit. Using my HSA to pay for the gear is a wonderful bonus!

    Mat works great and is useful to follow along with exercise sessions. A regular yoga mat is simply too long, whereas this mat is perfect size for the precision mat. Side note - easily indents from the holder and can be stiff to unroll and make flat.

    Precision mat tripping hazard

    The mat is good for learning the technique and proper alignment. However , it is a major tripping hazard as the material is too thin, flimsy and bunches up no matter where you place it…. Carpet or hard surface. The concept is great but for 60+ individuals who are trying to concentrate on stability and balance, it is causing more safety issues than necessary. With a redesign to a more substantial thicker material, it would be a perfect tool for a wonderful functional strength training program, which I absolutely love!!!
