I love how all these reviews are like, “I didn’t think I’d use these. . .” I was the same way. They came with the bundle and I thought I’d barely use them. And then I discovered, after trying every else, that these were perfect to massage out my plantar fascia at the end of the day. Now, I don’t leave home without them (and they feel so much better than trying to pick up a hand towel from the floor with my toes, which was my last attempt to relieve plantar fasciitis). I really like the 3lb ankle weights because they are comfortable and easy to put on.

I do love these bands - I have been doing p volve since 2020 and this piece is a must have. I love how it targets your arms and makes you use your core. My only complaint is that I have had to replace the band each year as it tends to snap.
