Starting April 22, 2024, we will begin phasing out the ability to log into Pvolve using Google or Apple credentials. Once the option to log in with Google or Apple credentials is no longer available for you, please reset your password using the instructions below. Afterwards, you can log in using your email address and the newly created password. Rest assured, your account membership and workout history will remain unchanged. How to reset your password: 1. Take Five Live Challenge FAQs

The Take Five Live Challenge takes place from February 19th to March 18th, 2024. Read on to learn more:   What are the details of the challenge? Participants will need to take 5 Live Virtual Studio (LVS) classes between February 19 - March 18. Anyone who completes the challenge requirement will automatically be entered to win one 1-hour virtual private training session with the trainer of their choice. Three lucky winners will be randomly chosen! Who can participate in the challenge? Anyone with an active Pvolve streaming membership or an Unlimited in-studio membership can participate!  Do I need equipment for the challenge? No, we offer no equipment classes on the Live Virtual Studio Calendar that are a great way to experience our method without equipment. Household equipment may also be used as a substitute in some cases. However, we recommend Pvolve equipment to level up and experience the best results.  What do I get for completing the challenge?  Everyone who completes the challenge gets entered to win one 1-hour virtual private training session with the trainer of your choice. Instructions on how to redeem and book your private training will be included in the email.  What classes count towards the challenge? All Live Virtual Studio classes count toward the challenge, whether it's a 30 or 55 minute class. The New Member Q&A also counts toward the challenge. For a class to count towards the challenge, you MUST enter the Zoom studio via our website on app.pvolve.com/live or Mobile app.    Do I have to enroll?  No! You don’t need to enroll to qualify. Simply take 5 LVS classes between Feb 19th & March 18 and you are entered to win the prize!   What if I participated in the New Year’s Challenge? Can I still participate?  Yes! Can I take more than 5 LVS classes and receive more entries to the contest?   No, you need 5 LVS classes to qualify. But more than 5 LVS classes does not grant your more entries to the contest. Eligible Entrants must take at least five (5) Live Virtual Studio Classes during the Promotion Period by signing up for classes on app.pvolve.com/live and entering classes at the designated time via Pvolve’s website or mobile app. Class attendance is tracked through Pvolve’s website and mobile app, so entering a class via email may not be counted and the Promotion applies only to classes registered for and attended via website or mobile app. Eligible Entrants that complete the Take Five Live Challenge through the method outlined above will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.  Limit one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant and Eligible Entrants may only win one (1) Prize. No other form of entry will be accepted other than as described above. In the event of dispute over the identity of an Eligible Entrant, an entry will be deemed made by the Authorized Account Holder of the Pvolve account used to log into the Live Virtual Studio class at the time of entry, and the Potential Winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of such Pvolve account. The “Authorized Account Holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to the Pvolve account. Winner Selection. Sponsor will randomly select three (3) total entries from all Eligible Entrants after the Promotion Period ends (each, a “Potential Winner”). Sponsor will attempt to contact the Potential Winners in the manner described below. Should a Potential Winner not meet the eligibility criteria or the entry be found, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to not comply with these Official Rules, such Potential Winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternative Potential Winner. Winner Contact. Sponsor will attempt to contact each Potential Winner via e-mail within one (1) week after the end of the Promotion Period. General Prize Term. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of entries Sponsor has received by the end of the Promotion Period, or Entry Period as applicable, and will decrease as more entries are received. The right to receive a Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash redemption of a Prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. All costs and expenses associated with any acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, by accepting and making use of any Prize, are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner. All federal, state, or local taxes associated with the Prizes award in connection with the Promotion are each Winner’s responsibility.
