What is the Strong for Fall Challenge?

This is your opportunity to get strong for fall. Complete ten (10) workouts between Oct 22 - Nov 12 at 11:59pm PT to complete the challenge. Pvolve will donate $1 to Women in Medicine on behalf of all finishers*

The challenge can be completed at any studio location or online (on-demand or Live Virtual Studio). A combination of virtual and in-studio classes will not qualify an individual as being eligible for the Offer.

*Donation amount not to exceed $20,000


Do I need equipment to do the Strong for Fall Challenge from home?

We strongly recommend equipment, as you will get the most out of your Pvolve practice with equipment. 

However, if you wish to participate in the challenge without equipment, you can filter workouts in the library and select 10 workouts that use no equipment or equipment you already have at home.  

If you are participating in-studio for the challenge, all equipment will be provided in-studio. 


Do I have to enroll in the Challenge?

Yes, whether you’re participating in the streaming challenge or the studio challenge, you must enroll. If you are participating in the streaming challenge, you can enroll here.

If you are enrolling in the studio challenge you can enroll by going to the front desk of your studio instead of via the link. 

Challenge enrollment is open from Oct 15, 2025 - Oct 31, 2025 at 11:59pm PT. 


Is there a specific time frame for this challenge?

Yes! Whether you are participating in the challenge by streaming or in the studio, the challenge will begin on Oct 22, 2025 and ends on Nov 12, 2025  at 11:59pm PT. 


Does LVS count towards this challenge? 

Yes! You do not have to take an LVS class to complete the challenge, but it does count towards your challenge workouts if you are participating in the challenge by streaming classes (not in-studio). 


What is considered a completed workout?

For a workout to be marked as complete, you must watch at least 75% of the video. 


How do I check my challenge progress?

Log on to app.pvolve.com, and look for the "Workout History" icon in the navigation to see your challenge progress. 


Who can participate in the Strong for Fall Challenge?

Streaming Challenge - Anyone with an active membership to Pvolve on-demand can participate. 

Studio Challenge - Anyone with an active studio membership, class-pack or who purchases 10 in-studio classes can participate.

A combination of virtual and in-studio classes will not qualify an individual as being eligible for the Offer. Each member can only participate in one challenge - either studio or on demand. 


What do I get for completing the Strong for Fall Challenge? 

Pvolve will donate $1 to Women in Medicine to advance pioneering research in Women’s Health on behalf of all challenge finishers.

What classes count towards the Streaming Challenge?

Members can complete any 10 videos in our library or Live Virtual Studio Classes to complete this challenge.   


My recent workout did not mark as complete, what do I do?

If you completed more than 75% of a workout and it did not mark as complete, please reach out to help@pvolve.com to have this addressed. 


Will Pvolve Studios be participating in the challenge?

Yes! All open Pvolve Studios will be participating in the challenge. 


What can I do while I wait for my equipment to arrive?

We’re so excited that you want to jump right into working out with us and we have tons of classes to choose from that don’t require equipment:

  • If you want a structured plan: Join the 5-Day Body Weight Sculpt series with Dani and Zach. This no-equipment series will introduce you to the Pvolve Method, highlighting our signature exercises and movement vocabulary.

  • If you want to choose your own path: Check out our streaming homepage, featuring a row of No Equipment workouts. All of these workouts teach the basics of our Method but move quickly to amplify the intensity and pack a big punch. 

  • If you prefer to deep dive more slowly into our movement foundations: Check out our How-To videos, which break down our signature movements in greater detail. 

Last but not least, join one of our New Member Q&A’s in our Live Virtual Studio (Mondays at 5pm EST) if you have further questions or would like to connect with our Pvolve trainers and community! 

 

I have my equipment, but the Challenge hasn’t started yet. What should I do?

Once your equipment arrives, you can navigate to the homepage and try the workouts in the Get Started with Pvolve Equipment row. All of these workouts teach the basics of our Method but move quickly to amplify the intensity and pack a big punch. If you prefer to deep dive more slowly into our movement foundations, then check out our How-To videos, which break down our signature movements in greater detail and explain how to put on each piece of equipment for greater clarity. Last but not least, join one of our New Member Q&A’s in our Live Virtual Studio (Mondays at 5pm EST) if you have further questions or would like to connect with our Pvolve trainers and community!
