    Favorite piece of equipment!

    Honestly, many of the pieces from Pvolve are my favorites! However, this one I seem to use more often. This is actually a replacement for my original as it is one of my most used pieces I felt like I could use a refresh. Use the current one to take with me on the go! I just love this workout system and all the benefits of has provided me!!

    The band stays in place.

    The Velcro closures that fit around the ankles makes a big difference. They stay in place while you exercise. No need to readjust. Easy to remove, too.

    Arm strength training

    I recently brought this to help build my muscles and found it easy to use. However, not having free access to some free exercises longer than what was initially provided is something to consider without having to pay a subscription. Short sharp training videos would be awesome.
