I love the variety of workouts, especially ones involving weight lifting. The instructors are clear in their modeling of movement patterns, and the low-impact sessions are great for days where I'm feeling more fatigued. The menopause strong series has been wonderful!

These Pvolve x Lululemon Align Pant 28" are lightweight and soft. They are easy to move in and not overly tight. That said - I used the link to find my size to order and the measurements suggested size 10 which is my normal size to order. I sort of want to live in these -- they are buttery soft and lightweight and just so comfortable. I went to Lululemon's website and used their size chart to select the right size and the fit is perfect. I love them so much I bought another pair!

I just need longer legs!! Perhaps the option for a shorter length would be good.
