For such a small piece of exercise equipment it’s pretty powerful and you can feel it right away. I have not gotten on the video yet to work with it. I have balance issues and use a walker and this helps greatly with my arms however I’m still going to buy a couple of more pieces for leg strengthening, even if you are recovering from an injury and or need muscle strengthening, this is still easy to use

I bought the set- I just wish there was a 10 pound set, the jump from 8 to 12 pounds is a lot for me. I tried to find 10 pounds (and 5 pound) weights to match up, ended up with a sand color from wegym. It would have been nice to have the option to buy a full weight set in these colors to match.
