I like that it focuses on functional movement.
Have a series/track for people who are really not flexible. It's not enough to be a slow beginner; there needs to be something that lets people build up to slow beginner and in an organized fashion. Please note, even though it's not perfect for me, I still do recommend pvolve - just with caveats.
When I first started using the slant board, I had NO balance at all! And yet, I would have considered myself a ‘gym rat’. In a couple of weeks, game changer. I can now balance!!! I feel such accomplishment!!!! LOVE PVOLVE SO MUCH!
