Movements with the P.3 Trainer can be done both standing or on a mat. Attach the ankle straps to each ankle, then follow your Pvolve trainer’s cue’s to attach the appropriate resistance band (long or short) to the side of the body you’re starting with and secure by moving the rubber cover down over the clasp of the carabiner. Attach your desired handle at the other end.
When using the ball overhead, use forefinger and thumb around notch to secure your grip. When using the ball on the mat, hold on top to secure grip.

I'm not new to different fitness modalities. I get bored quickly, and move onto something else. I used the p.3 trainer for the 1st time yesterday. P.volve is such a new way for me to exercise and there is so much to learn and grow with. The p.3 trainer is a deceptively challenging item of equipment. With every movement I made, I could feel all of my muscles working, not just the ones it was attached to.
I am in my 50's and have a few physical impairments. If you are like me and still undecided whether the p.volve workouts or equipment is worth it, it's definitely 100% worth the investment. I'm only on week 3 and I am hooked on the equipment and the workouts. I think it beats out almost every other type of fitness regimen I've done in the past.

I really like this but I wish is came with some a card or instructions on how to use it properly. I am really relying on what I learned in class.
