    I was getting bored with my weights routine and I’m not a huge cardio lover, so these workouts are perfect for me. I mix them up and do something different every day and I like to follow the calendars so I don’t have to use too much brain power to decide which workout I’m doing.

    Hi

    Hi. I thought the beginner workout was ok. Felt like I didn’t have enough time to transition into the new exercise. And felt like just having the ball and band didn’t suffice for most workouts. It appeared you needed to have more gear.
