I was previously using a cheaper resistance band to do the pvolve workouts but after taking the plunge and buying the pvolve version I saw a definite improvement in muscle isolation and the overall feeling during and after the workout.
I love that this secures in place with padded straps. It's so much more comfortable than a mini band since it doesn't scrunch or roll up your legs while you're trying to use it. Definitely recommend!
Very comfortable and very Durable
I can truly feel a difference when I use the weights when working out. They are very comfortable and after a while I forget I even have them on. I can not wait until I get the heavy ones.
