The Velcro closures that fit around the ankles makes a big difference. They stay in place while you exercise. No need to readjust. Easy to remove, too.
Very easy to put on and remove; this is crucial when you are following a workout. Also, they can double for hand weights.
Comfortable to wear
Very comfortable and easy to place on ankles.
The precision mat is very helpful with proper form, although it likely works best on a harder surface. I am using it in an upstairs room on a pretty thick carpet. My dog also gives it 5 stars and enjoys rolling around on it.
