I'm just starting out with pvolve system. I'm starting with one of the beginning calendars. Trying to do it almost everyday. I really love it. I'm starting to understand the functional movements. I can already feel my joints more lubricated and a little bit more muscle tone and definitely more open and lengthened.

I am new to Pvolve so I have been trying different beginner workouts using the equipment I have(pband, pball, precision mat) or no equipment. While I enjoy the workouts and the challenge, I think that the workouts labeled "beginner" tend to be more challenging than I expected. I am hesitant to move away from the beginner workouts. That being said I am seeing and feeling results every day and would like to add more equipment soon.

I started using Pvolve in the fall of 2025, and it has been the most consistent exercise program I've ever stuck with. I have been doing PVOLVE since October and in combination with a GLP has lost 45lbs and feel stronger than ever! At 56, dealing with a mother who has fallen numerous times and has a plethora of issues, I have a personal appreciation for wanting to age BETTER and PVOLVE is helping me achieve that!
My only negative is I recieved an email last month asking if I was interested in paying an annual fee for membership vs the monthly. This would come at a savings to me and was a great deal. I responded to email but nothing ever happened. That is my only bummer!

The digital membership is perfect for me. I babysit my granddaughter everyday so this way I can get in a workout early in the morning before I have to leave. Such a wide variety of classes! It’s quick and easy to do in my own home. I have been doing beginner workouts so far and all are challenging.
