I have been doing yoga for over 20 years but as i reach my 57 birthday (aggh) i realised i needed to add more strength building exercises. I read about Pvolve and decided to give it a try and just WOW, I love it. I invested in a few pieces of equipment at the beginning to see how it went and now have bought it all - very complicated and expensive as i live in France sadly but I'm sure i'll get my money's worth! I have just completed all the beginners sessions, tomorrow i move on to Jennifer's exercises and then explore the rest! Nobody has heard of it here, i keep saying how wonderful it is but as i said very expensive to order equipment to France so i'll probably carry on being the only one doing it!
The large variety of workouts on demand are great. I love that the trainers teach form and educate you as you work out, especially in PWT.
