How To Use

Put the weight around your ankle, loop the strap through the metal holder, then pull until it feels snug but not too tight. Secure the straps and get moving!

No-fuss, balanced & comfortable fit

Though these aren’t as “exciting” as some of the other pieces of equipment, they’re very high-quality. I appreciate how easy they are to adjust, since I have narrow ankles and how secure the Velcro is a no ends flapping around, etc. They’re very comfortable, so you don’t have distractions during the workout!

perfect feel

I started with the 3lb ankle wts but like the 1.5's better. Can move more freely. Using the 3lb ones as hand wts until I get some:-)
