I find this mat super helpful while watching the workouts and placement of my feet. I found that I was often guessing at how wide, narrow or in which direction I should put my feet. This has taken out all the guess work.

The cost for access to the videos is too high- maybe 20/mt would be more reasonable. Some of the moves don't seem suitable for older members.
