The Offer is sponsored by PVOLVE LLC, 415 W. Broadway, Fl. 2 NY, NY 10012 (the “Sponsor”).
PVOLVE’s Summer of Strength Challenge (the “Offer”) is open to all active PVOLVE members who (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have otherwise reached the age of majority in their state, province, or country of residence at the time of participation, (b) have enrolled for the Challenge by entering information prompted at WEBSITE by July 21, 2026 11:59pm ET, and (c) complete a total of twelve (12) PVOLVE classes, either virtually (streaming or live virtual studio) OR in-studio between July 13, 2026 5:00am ET and August 10, 2026 11:59pm ET. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members [spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside] and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor, including its parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Offer are NOT eligible to participate. Offer is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
OFFER PERIOD: The “Offer Period” begins at 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on August 10, 2026. The Sponsor’s website is the official time-keeping device for the Offer.
OFFER ELIGIBILITY: During the Offer Period, eligible participants who (a) enroll in the Challenge by entering information prompted at WEBSITE by July 21, 2026 11:59pm ET, and (b) take a total of twelve (12) PVOLVE classes either virtually (streaming or live virtual studio) OR in-studio during the Offer Period will receive a complimentary X ounce Tower 28 SOS Spray (MSRP $28), while supplies last. A combination of virtual and in-studio classes will not qualify an individual as being eligible for the offer. Limit one (1) Offer per participant. All shipping costs, taxes and other costs and expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the participants.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Offer, participants agree to release, hold harmless and waive any and all claims or cause of action against Sponsor and each of its parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Offer, and all of its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) arising out of any injury, loss, or damage to person, including death, or to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of the Offer, participation in any Offer-related activity, or participation in the Offer.
PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by participants as part of this Offer will be used to administer the Offer and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.PVOLVE.com/pages/privacy-policy). By participating in this Offer, an participant consents and agrees to Sponsor’s collection, use, disclosure and storage of such participant’s information for the administration of this Offer and for any purposes consistent with such privacy policy.
