I am a person who likes working out with a video. I feel I get my workout done faster when trainer is showing me what to do. I am also newer to Pvolve training so it has been very helpful watching the trainers so I can learn how to use all of the equipment properly. The digital membership is awesome. I really like how I can filter videos to find what I want for my workout each day. I also like being able to flag my favorites so they are easy to find.

I’ve been traveling and haven’t done very many classes yet, but the instructors are great. They explain things very thoroughly and I like the classes and the equipment. So far so good.

Pvolve has been the best decision I've made in the last 3 years. After many years of training in gyms and training at a very high level of intensity, I had numerous injuries that would never heal. I have benefitted greatly from your program. After 3 yrs of spinal decompression the beginning strengthing videos have helped me immensely to keep what I have gained from spinal decompression. To be able to stream at home has also been very good for me.

I can't say enough about PVOLVE and the digital membership! The interface is very user friendly and there are always new workouts to checkout. There isn't studio near me and the LVS classes are an amazing way to get that class vibe from home. I'm stronger and my mobility is so much better than it's been in years! Highly highly recommend!
