I find this mat super helpful while watching the workouts and placement of my feet. I found that I was often guessing at how wide, narrow or in which direction I should put my feet. This has taken out all the guess work.

The equipment is different and so are some of the exercises. Being a 66 year old woman, I appreciate the exercises that focus on functional fitness, the pelvic floor, bone loss prevention, and strength training.

I love that it's low impact, and that if I don't want to work out, it's easy to take my equipment to they gym with me! The calendars are very forgiving, and I can work according to my schedule.

Very happy with this subscription, the number of classes available is awesome. I had this subscription for a number of months and have yet to do a repeat. New classes seem to appear weekly and looking forward to doing more many more.
