I was looking for a heavier ankle weight and these are perfect. The material is soft, so it doesn’t irritate your skin. They stay in one place because the adjustment to tighten is done well. Definitely recommend these!
Heavy enough to make workouts challenging but not heavy enough to add bulk. I can really feel the difference and am looking forward to my legs and butt being more toned.
Ankle weights are very comfortable, only problem I had with them at first was that I had them on too tight which made my ankles itchy, but other than that they were PERFECT !!!

I have been walking a lot during the pandemic and decided to up my game. These fit very comfortably and add just the extra challenge I was looking for. I have used them as wrist weights as well, although they are a little loose that way.
