    I haven’t used this yet and it seems well designed but I’m having troubles with Pvolve products quality . They don’t seem to last well and fall to bits. Beautiful design poorly made

    An advance roller for "advance" workouts

    One review I read stated that this foam roller was hard and not very flexible. That is true. It was one reason why I didn't order it and relied on my old foamy roller. Well, I discovered that the Pvolve roller is great for more advanced work, especially since it has ridges that work your muscles. I still use my old roller for neck work (the Pvolve roller is too high to fit under my neck), but it's helpful to have different types of rollers.

    Best foam roller

    Because I already own a foam roller, I didn’t think I needed this one. After a couple classes using my roller didn’t go well, I thought maybe I should give it a go. I’m so glad I did. I love this foam roller. It is so much better than the one I have. It’s sturdy enough to get out the knots, but has some flexibility to make it more comfortable.
