Terms & Conditions – lululemon x Pvolve
This lululemon x Pvolve Offer (“Offer”) gives lululemon members (“Members”) an exclusive discount to participating Pvolve studios (“Studios”) and an extra gift with purchase perk. By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility. This offer is valid for lululemon Members and first-time Studio clients, only. Offer can be redeemed once per Member.
2. Gift With Purchase (“GWP”). GWP items (Heavy Resistance Strap or P.ball, depending on Membership tier, described below) are available while supplies last. Each Member may receive only one GWP item under this Offer. Studios may substitute a comparable item if the designated gift is unavailable.
3. Membership Tiers & Benefits.
- lululemon Collective Members (Tier 1): Collective Members get 15% off class packs at participating Studios plus one (1) Heavy Resistance Strap gift with purchase (MSRP: $24.00 USD).
- lululemon Plus Members (Tier 2): Plus Members get 15% off class packs at participating Studios plus one (1) Heavy Resistance Strap gift with purchase (MSRP: $24.00 USD).
- lululemon Pinnacle Members (Tier 3): Pinnacle Members get 15% off class packs at participating Studios plus one (1) P.ball gift with purchase (MSRP: $74.00 USD).
4. Redemption. Discounts and gifts may only be redeemed at participating Studios. This Offer may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless specifically stated.
5. General Terms. This offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded. lululemon and Studios reserve the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without notice. Misuse of the Offer or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in denial of the offer.
6. Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the participating Studio is located.
