How much is my first class?

Our drop-in rates vary by studio. If you are a local resident and this is your first time visiting a PVOLVE studio, you can take advantage of our First Visit offer through your local studio site here.

Do I need my own equipment?

No, we provide all the equipment you will need for your studio experience, though if you’d like to purchase your own, you can when you are in the studio.

How much is a membership?

We have several great membership and class package options, please visit or call your local studio here.

What is your late cancel fee?

All members are subject to late cancel and no-show policies if they fail to cancel at least 8 hours before class or do not attend. Penalty fees may vary by membership or package type, as each studio is individually owned and operated—please contact your local studio for specific details.

Is PVOLVE good for seniors?

We are a functional, low impact workout so our method is excellent for all age groups. As the body ages, maintaining strong bones to combat osteopenia and osteoporosis is important. Our balancing exercises help maintain and build bone health. Improving balance also reduces the risk of injury from falls, improving mobility helps prevent muscular degeneration, and the physical and mental benefits of consistent exercise will help keep your body thriving!
